  • We aim to provide a safe and inclusive space at Songweaver.

  • Please feel free to bring your own instruments! We will also have a range of instruments available for use (handy if you’re travelling long distance!) - bass guitars, acoustic guitars, electric piano, percussion, microphones and anything else we need to sound great!

  • Byron Bay can be accessed via Ballina/Byron Airport (approx. 30 minutes away) or Gold Coast Airport (approx. 60 minutes away). Shuttles from both airports are available and can be booked in advance.

    The retreat address will be provided in your confirmation email.

    NB: travel costs are not included in your registration fee.

  • All meals prepared by our in-house chef will be vegetarian. You can advise us of any special dietary requirements on your registration form.

  • Accommodation is included in the overall price of the retreat. We have a variety of rooms available (private or shared) as listed on The Venue page. You can select your room choice on your registration form.

    NB: rooms are allocated only after full payment has been received

  • All linen is provided by Sangsurya. You may wish to bring your own beach towel.

  • A 60 minute remedial massage will cost an additional $110. All bookings and payments can be made directly with our in-house massage therapist after you arrive.
