Registrations & Payments

  • Register for Songweaver using our Registration Form

  • The total cost is dependent on your room selection. For all room rates, please visit The Venue.

  • Payment in full is required to secure your place at Songweaver

  • Places are limited to 24 women only

  • Rooms will be allocated on a first come, first served basis once your full payment has been received
    NB: If your preferred room type sells out prior to receiving your full payment, we will contact you to discuss an alternate room. If you are not satisfied with the alternate room, we may provide a refund in accordance with the information listed below “Cancellations & Refunds”.

CANCELLATIONs & refunds

We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise. To cancel your registration, please contact us. Refunds will be offered in accordance with the following:

  • Cancellation received 60 days or more before the first day of Songweaver (before 10 February 2026)
    100% of any payments made to Songweaver will be refunded, less an administrative fee of $50

  • Cancellation received 31-59 days before the first day of Songweaver (between 11 February and 11 March 2026)
    50% of any payments made to Songweaver will be refunded, less an administrative fee of $50

  • Cancellation received within 30 days of the first day of Songweaver (after 12 March 2026)
    No refunds for cancellations received within 30 days of the first day of Songweaver. Transfer of registration to another person may be permitted.

If the retreat is cancelled by Songweaver due to unforseen circumstances, a full refund will be provided.

travel

  • Attendees are responsible for making their own travel arrangements to and from Byron Bay and The Venue

  • Venue address will be supplied with your confirmation email

  • Travel insurance is recommended

liability & responsibility

  • Attendees are responsible for their own health and safety. Any medical conditions should be disclosed on your Registration Form

  • Songweaver is not responsible for any injuries, illnesses, or accidents that may occur during the retreat

  • Songweaver is not responsibile for any loss of property or damage of any kind that may occur during the retreat

  • Songweaver provides no warranties, guarantees, or insurance cover of any kind
